What is Near Hive?

nearhive is a new platform for empowering local communities (we call them Hives) shop together from independent farmers and sellers.

We are trialing this platform in Stamford and want your support: buy, share the offers with neighbours and give us your opinion.

We are partnering with 3 Daughters @ Croft Farm in Uffington

We’re conducting a limited trial in Stamford in December 2024, with plans to expand to other areas across the UK in 2025

And we need your help!

How it works

01

Sign up with the community code you've been given by us or a friend. If you don't have one, sign up with your post code.

The community you are part of designates your delivery address (either your home or a local hub)

Shop together with your local community until the minimum orders set by the farmers are reached. Invite your neighbours to join (the more the better!)

Receive your order on the day the farmer delivers into your area

Enjoy your delicious food sourced locally and delivered sustainably. And you can do whatever you like with the money you saved!

Interested in starting a Hive in your community?

Help us spread the word in your neightborhood and if you have access to a place where producers can deliver (shop, market, community center, etc), even better!
